The stud earring – I know it sounds so … basic. That’s exactly what we love about it! The simple stud can be paired with anything, works for day or night, and is an essential item in every Hitchcock Madrona woman’s jewelry box.
You can never go wrong with a classic pair of diamond studs. But, being Hitchcock, we’ve modernized this staple. The brushed bezel setting and black diamonds give these studs a bit of edge.

Can you even handle these paint splatter pieces by Tom Binns? I can’t. Nope. I can’t. I am coveting these more than any other items in the store at the moment.
Every piece is one-of-a-kind and hand painted in the Tom Binns Venice Beach studio. These are truly wearable art. We are so proud to offer something so unique and special to our clients.
If the large necklace is too much look for you, consider the bracelet. Each necklace, pair of earrings, and bracelet starts out as a jet black crystal piece. Binns has long celebrated over the top, faux materials. From my perspective, it is not about how precious the materials are but the vision and idea behind a piece. Anyone can do “pretty” but who can do wearable art? Tom Binns – that’s who!
Stack ’em up with rings by Tiffany Kunz and Catbird. When I ordered these spiral rings from Kunz I pictured wearing one on each of my fingers. Obsessed. Gimme 8 or 10, please.
Large paint splatter necklace and earrings by Tom Binns. As you can see, all of these pieces are (what we like to call) SHOW-STOPPERS. Perfect for a special occasion or just with jeans!
Millie and I took advantage of the beautiful spring weather last Sunday and headed to Volunteer Park to take photos. Kombucha’s and beautiful new jewelry in hand (and around our necks), we wandered through the park. We styled some of our new favorites from Lulu Frost (the “Neo Equine Cuff” is SO amazing) and Hitchcock Madrona Fine Jewelry (the hoops Millie is sporting are to die for). Accessories are helpful with any seasonal transition. I love light, flowing clothing with heavier, layered accessories anchoring the look.
Here I’m wearing the “Darth Sensi Star” necklace by our newest artist: Iko Ino.
These “Victoria” sunnies by MOSCOT add instant Sophia Loren-esque glamour. Onyx earrings by Wouters & Hendrix: beautiful, simple, classic.
The “Neo Equine Cuff” by Lulu Frost is such a striking bracelet. I layered it with a leather necklace worn as a bracelet by we like to lounge.
Hi, Millie here! Spring is my favorite season for fashion. Just warm enough that my parka takes a back seat and still cool enough that layers are not out of the question. For our trip to Volunteer Park, I chose neutral tones for my outfit and let my jewelry do the talking. I layered a fun, beaded Native American piece from our collection over a gold Wouters & Hendrix necklace.
Delicate earrings by Catbird paired with Hitchcock Madrona hoops in yellow gold.

The rose gold Eddie Borgo cone bracelet paired with our signature Hitchcock Madrona cuff (in sterling silver and black leather) is a killer combination. I love how tough these two look together, while still maintaining simplicity. Mixing metals in my bracelet and ring combinations brings lovely contrast to the simple and delicate pieces.
Spring is the perfect time to play with color and experiment with layers. Whether it be simple stackers or heavy hardware, we love it all!

I’ve always been a sucker for a high fashion piece paired with basic Americana inspired clothing. When the sun decided to make an appearance I couldn’t resist wearing my Yohji Yamamoto vest with vintage Levi’s cutoffs. It’s a ridiculously perfect combination, purely for the contrast.
Moscot’s “Lemtosh” sunglasses are the perfect combination of cool and classic especially with the tortoise frames. Eddie Borgo cones and Tiffany Kunz hoops are simple, sleek, and modern. I love wearing a larger earring in my second piercing with a basic stud in the first.
Hitchcock Madrona brass and leather cuff and Eddie Borgo hinged ring in rose gold.
Please excuse my (lack of) manicure, though it is hard to notice with so much delicious bling in this picture. Eddie Borgo’s hinged ring is not only gorgeous to look at, it is the most comfortable piece of hardware EVER! The true star is this Iosselliani crystal and chain collar. There is a hint of rose gold on the studs. I wish I never had to take it off!
The beauty of a casual look is the freedom you have with accessories, the options are endless! How do you plan on spicing up your casual Spring outfits?
We love nothing more than great layering basics with a modern twist. Throw in American made and sourced materials, a great price point, and we’re sold! Let us introduce you to our newest artist (and our current obsession): Tiffany Kunz. Born in Washington, Kunz lived in Utah and South America before settling in Los Angeles where she makes her gorgeous bronze and sterling silver pieces.
In an interview with Racked, Kunz said “I’m not super-girly, but I’m not really rustic either”, a sentiment that appealed to our grandpa sweater, boyfriend jean wearing, pearl draped hearts entirely.
Kunz’s simplistically modern pieces are impressive in both quality and design. They are beautiful for everyday wear.

There is nothing like a slightly edgy, delicate stacker or bracelet to perfect your t-shirt and jeans or maxi dress look. To see the rest of the collection stop by the store and see why we are coveting Tiffany Kunz!
