Fall is here and we want to celebrate with you! Join us for a champagne open house this Saturday, September 20th all day in the store. We have beautiful new collections from Lulu Frost, Giles And Brother, Klements, Kelly Christy, Yestadt Millinery, Venessa Arizaga, and more!
See you Saturday!
We all have those days: your outfit is on point, your hair is magically doing that swoopy thing you normally spend hours trying to get right. You walk out the door absolutely feeling yourself. So what do you do? You take a selfie, naturally! The world needs to know how absolutely fabulous you are on an average Tuesday. We are a big fan of the selfie at Hitchcock Madrona, so much so we even take them while shooting for the blog. Welcome to the Selfie Society.
The selfie comes in many different forms, a favorite of ours is the “Candid Selfie”. Moscot sunglasses (The Lemotosh), Dannijo necklace.
Scarf by Weston Earth Images.
Erica opts for a more direct approach, with a flirty duck face.
When taking a selfie in public, it’s important to check who might be watching before posing.
Phone case by Dannijo. Bracelets (left to right): Dannijo cuff, Lulu Frost lips, Eddie Borgo hand bracelet, Hitchcock Madrona leather and metal cuff. Rings (left to right): Catbird stacks, Nora Kogan snake ring, Loren Stewart trinity band, Selin Kent bar ring, Nora Kogan matchstick ring, Hitchcock Madrona diamond stacker.
Crystal pave earrings by Eddie Borgo, inspired by the fez hat of Morocco.
Millie keeps her necklace layers personal with a custom nameplate, an Unearthen cast bullet, a Hitchcock Madrona shield and a diamond heart.
We love a pointed pump around here.
Selfie’s with friends, always add depth to the equation.
The Selfie Society welcomes you. Happy snapping!
Our newest line of scarves is here! Klements is the creation of Charlotte Allen, a fashion print designer from England. Allen previously designed for Paul Smith and Matthew Williamson – she definitely knows her way around a print! The patterns are a mix of Allen’s hand drawings, paintings, and photographs. The final designs are digitally printed onto fine silks in Italy.
Allen’s inspiration for Klements is always wonderfully eclectic. For this Fall 2014 Narnia Collection everything from ancient decaying Persian rugs to polar bears, and 16th century door knockers to taxidermy were sited as inspiration. Doesn’t everyone want a silk scarf inspired by the frozen rainbows of the Antarctic and Roman statues? We do, we are blown away by these creations…
The Reindeer scarf.
The November scarf.
The Lottie scarf.
The Hound Ranger scarf.
The Formaldehyde scarf.
The Fishpool scarf.
The Empire scarf.
The Clarice scarf.
Come visit, we have so many wonderful new accessories for Fall!
